MIAMI (CBS4) ―A county program that buys up foreclosed or abandoned homes, renovates them and then sells them to first-time buyers has struggled to get buyers because the program has not been well publicized.
The county, which is offering the homes, is targeting people who make between $30,000 to $90,000 a year. Applicants must also have one percent to put down and be employed for the past 24 months.
