Decriminalization of Drugs in Latin America?
The war on drugs was one of the topics raised last week during the sixth Summit of the Americas held in Cartagena, Colombia. Several leaders proposed the idea to decriminalize drugs to stem trafficking and related violence. Our panelists explain.
