The Rise of Charter Schools
Approximately 3,000 traditional public schools learned this week that they will not receive any financial help to fix infrastructure from the state. Instead, the 55 million dollars budgeted for construction and maintenance will go to the states 350 charter schools. Are public schools getting short changed?
