ISSUE ONE: Recall Election Ruling
On Friday, a judge ruled against Miami-Dade County Mayor Carlos Alvarez’s effort to stop the recall special election, saying the petition pieces had been handled and processed in accordance to the law. Norman Braman, the person behind the Mayor’s recall effort, joins us on the program to discuss this and the start of early voting next week.

ISSUE TWO: Scott and the Legislature
The Florida Legislature will convene in March with a Republican majority in the state house, senate, and cabinet. But Republican Governor Rick Scott has already been facing opposition from members of his own party. How will Scott's agenda play out in Tallahassee?
