City of Miami commissioner Richard Dunn was appointed to his seat left vacant by the ousting of Michelle Spence-Jones several months ago. His temporary term, which ends in November, has not stopped him from bold proposals such as reinstating a teen curfew and restricting alcohol sales after a designated time.  Commissioner Dunn explains how these initiatives and others will bring much needed change to Overtown and the rest of District 5.
