The problem with Mayor Diaz and the tunnel is that the 20-year study is 20-years old; has not been updated, much less reviewed under present and future economics foracats. For how many hudnreds of years bridges have been built for ships to travel under? Cutting neghborhoods to get to the Port? Please follow-up with the Mayor, where is the City-County budget for the un-budgeted/un-revealed imfrastructure costs?
