Preparation 1. Put 1 cup ice in blender. 2. Add 6-8 ripe, pitted sweet cherries. 3. Add 1 oz (30 cc) fresh, cold lowfat milk. 4. Add 3/4 oz (25 cc) liquid sugar and 1/2 oz (15 cc) chocolate sauce. 5. Add 2 espressos 2 oz (60 cc). 6. Blend on low speed approx 15-20 seconds. 7. Pour into glass and serve with a straw. |
Preparation adjustment for 6 oz (180 cc) glass: Follow directions using 1/2 cup ice, 3-4 ripe, pitted sweet cherries, 3/4 oz (25 cc) fresh, cold lowfat milk, 1/2 oz (15 cc) liquid sugar, 1/2 oz (15 cc) chocolate sauce, and 1 espresso 1 oz (30 cc). |

Preparation
1. Fill a cocktail shaker 1/2 full with ice.
2. Prepare 1 oz (30 cc) espresso and add to shaker.
3. Add 1 oz (30 cc) Grand Marnier.
5. Add 1/4 oz (7.5 cc) almond syrup.
6. Shake vigorously several times in a back
and forth motion.
7. Strain into a cocktail glass.
8. In a small bowl or mixing cup add 2 oz
(60 cc) heavy cream. Lightly whip so that
it is still a liquid.
9. Starting at the edge of the glass slowly pour/
float 1 oz (30 cc) heavy cream on top of the coffee.

1. Fill a cocktail shaker 1/2 full with ice.
2. Prepare 1 oz (30 cc) espresso and add to ice.
3. Add 2 oz (60 cc) vodka.
4. Add 1/2 oz (15 cc) chocolate liqueur.
5. Add 1/4 oz (7.5 cc) liquid sugar.
6. Shake vigorously several times in a back
and forth motion.
7. Rim the cocktail glass with raw sugar.
8. Strain into a cocktail glass.
9. Garnish with a dusting of cocoa powder.
