We love the show. We've seen lot's of cooking/travel shows through the years, and we believe Michelle is THE BEST. We have enjoyed her show many times this 'winter'. She makes the show! I can't wait to get home & try some of her recipes. They always look good, whip up quickly, and are enticing. Glad I looked up the BLOG. Will be able to enjoy Michelle after we leave.

Your show is interesting and enjoyable. I rather question those selected who reviewed Josephine’s the restaurants located in Boca Raton. We also had passed Josephine’s for many years and finally with great anticipation visited Josephine’s restaurant with a group of friend’s .We have dined at most of the finer restaurants in the South Florida area as we have lived here for the past 28 years.

During our dinner one of the dinner guests accidentally spilled his first glass of wine on himself and on the floor. He went to the men’s restroom to clean his shirt. The female owner threw a napkin on the floor and chair, no one assisted in cleaning the chair and she was angry with him for his alleged clumsiness’ and nor was the floor wiped up with the remaining wine. As we had to do this ourselves.

Our food and service experience at his restaurant was on a scale of 1-10 a 1 or 2 at best. I really don’t know what your reviewers were thinking of but I suspect they were flim flamed when they were retaurant guest reviewers. The owner is nasty and arrogant; the servers were at best mediocre no better than a chain restaurant. The food was poorly cooked and what they provided us was such an understatement of what was described on the menu was totally disappointing. Most of the food was overcooked and dry. Desert, even a simple Cannoli was “mush”. We were all disappointed as we were truly looking forward to an excellent dining experience. The meal was over priced and not the kind of experience we all anticipated.

Sorry to provide a counter point but go as a secret shopper as we did and find out the real picture. Sadly enough we will not go there again nor reccommend this restaurant.

I watched your show this afternoon and there's was a review on Indomania Restaurant in Miami Beach. I'm from Singapore and thought I can never find any Southeast Asian food in South Florida, but yes I found one in Weston, Florida. You should try Parc 28, they serve, Indonesian, Malaysian, Thai and Singapore dishes! The food is excellent just like home-cooked.

Love the show. We look forward to it each week though we have seen the reruns twice. We wish there were some more restaurants in the Palm Beach area.
