New episodes of South Florida's favorite restaurant review show start tonight, with charming chef and host Michelle Bernstein. This season, we'll visit restaurants from Palm Beach to Monroe County, and our reviewers will dish about everything from upscale Mediterranean fare, to an intimate Indian restaurant, to a funky Cajun diner. In our weekly recipe segment, Michelle will offer up some quick demo's of everything from homemade tartar sauce, to crispy chicken schnitzel, to her upscale take on key lime pie.
The popular Check, Please! viewer contest is also back. Check the Question of the Week on our contest page, send us an e-mail with your answer, and you could win a gift certificate to one of the featured restaurants!
Join us on Facebook for extra behind-the-scenes photos, videos, and to chat with producers and other South Florida foodies about the show.
Thanks to our generous Season 4 sponsors: George & Helen Weaver, Don Francisco's Coffee, Badia Spices, and Whole Foods Market.

I (and others I have discussed this with) have always been curious as to exactly how the average price per person is figured. I would guess that it is something along the lines of one entree, half an appetizer, and one dessert.
Thanks,
Kelly

Hi and Thank you!!
as for Steak Diane, I read that this restaurant serves an authentic one:
Badrutt's Place
1250 South Miami Ave.
and I know that Mortons also serves Steak Diane on there menu.
as for Steak Tartar, one of my favorites to make, I believe is served at
Red Steak House in South Beach
La Goulue in Bal Harbour Shops
Prime 112 in South Beach
