I normally don’t do this but our experience was so bad that I just have to let you know. We drove from Coral Springs to Hollwood to celebrate Valentine’s Day so we could enjoy their ‘all u can eat’ lobster special. We took our son and girlfriend along with us for what we thought would be a special treat. We were seated at 7 pm and received our first lobster after 8 pm. After that we waited until 9:15 before we got the 2nd lobster which was cold from sitting around. The waiter was full of excuses about staff quitting, party in the back, etc. all of which we didn’t want to hear. The chef, who was sitting at the bar and not helping with the kitchen rush, came over and offered us one scallop as an apology. There were 4 of us, what were we supposed to do with one scallop? We told them to change our order to a regular lobster dinner (which we could have gotten anywhere in Coral Springs) and left very upset and hungry! We had seen your review on Check Please and were hoping for a better experience. I emailed Sage the very next day and they didn’t even have the courtesy to reply so I thought I would share this experience with you
