Whole Foods Market Coral Gables recently unveiled their 2nd Annual "Culinary Clash", featuring prominent South Florida chefs Clay Conley of Azul and Cindy Hutson of Ortanique-on-the-Mile. These friends and rivals battled it out with only one hour to complete 3 original dishes...all containing the secret ingredient! Each dish was judged by a panel of food experts, including Sean Bernal, executive chef of Oceanaire Seafood Room, food blogger Jackie Sayet, and Russ Blenbatt, executive marketing coordinator of Whole Foods Market Florida Region.
