Some of you may have noticed that we are currently re-broadcasting our Season 1 episodes. And, some of you, who just recently discovered the show, are catching them for the first time.
We will be running the Season 1 line-up for the next couple of months, while we search for corporate sponsorship to continue production on another series of episodes. We hope to be back in the studio with new guests and new restaurant recommendations this Fall.
In the meantime, keep those applications coming. Sometime this summer, we will be conducting preliminary phone interviews for our future guest reviewers.
The best way to make sure your application stands out: We look for applicants with loads of personality, who recommend restaurants that are totally unique.
Stay tuned!

Bill, the video for Calypso is there. You just have to scroll down to find it. When you launch the "Video Player," the most recently produced episodes (Season 2) automatically show up at the top. There's a small gold bar on the right side of the player that will allow you to scroll down to see the other videos. They are not labeled very well, however, so I will work on getting that corrected. The Calypso video is the description that begins with "Doug Pearce's taste....". I will try to have them relabeled by restaurant name, but for the future, you just need to remember to scroll down to see the Season 1 videos. Thanks for watching!

How come your links for Season 1 take you to season 2? I've been waiting to finally see a clip link for Calypso because we were there the night you shot, and when it finally appeared it takes me to season 2 clips. What's up with that?

Please be careful of reviewing restaurants and not giving the
full impression as to what is expected. I found your review
of B & M Market to be a little shy of the truth.
I live in North Broward County and I was excited to drive down
to Miami after seeing the show. We arrivded at the B & M Market
which of course is nothing special, but I know the area and didn't
have high expectations for the decor. My husband ordered the Oxtail dinner and I ordered chicken roti. Both were very dry, even the chicken curry had little sauce. This is because they microwave everything which is prepared to far in advance. So once a order is placed they warm it up in a microvave which makes the roti rubbery and the meat that had sauces dry out. Also as I walked to the front of the store to grab something out of the cooler to drink a cat ran out of the kitchen and pasted me, not good
I frequent a few of the island restaurants here in Ft.lauderdale
and I must admit that the B & M Market is just not good. I wish that
a proper review would have been given, actually this is the type of place that should never be on a show like yours. It is basiclly a whole in the wall that serves below standard island food. Sorry
