Setting Up for Women's Health

From behind the scenes at WPBT/Channel 2's Fifth Annual Speaking of Women's Health Conference, these pictures hopefully capture the remarkable energy of the Channel 2 staff and volunteers (from South Florida Homeschool Key Club and their advisor Colleen Kellems) who spent most of the day Friday and will be working well past midnight and into Saturday morning to get the stage, display rooms and registration desks ready for the more than 1000 women who will attend the conference on Saturday.

Moving mountains of gift bags and a erecting a forest of clock trees are just a small part of the daylong setup. If you get the chance to attend the actual conference, I hope you'll take moment to thank the hearty volunteers who labored to make it a success, if you weren't at this year's event, I think there is already a line forming for next year.
